Photographs carry color, but not weight or drape. At our Doral showroom in Miami our team sets a table with the pieces you are considering — the linen, the charger, the napkin, the glass — so you can see how they hold together under real light before anything is reserved.
Appointments run Monday through Friday, and Saturday by appointment. If you are planning from out of town, we hold the same consultation over Zoom.
How to rent from Contempo
01. Browse Our Collection
Add pieces you love above to your wishlist. If you prefer a guided experience, then book an in-person appointment at our Doral showroom or a virtual consultation via Zoom — our team will walk you through the collection and help bring your vision into focus.
02. Submit an Inquiry
When you're ready, submit your wishlist with your event date, venue, and guest count. Our team will review your selections and follow up within one business day with availability and a quote.
03. Confirm & Reserve
Once your quote is approved, a deposit secures your order. We recommend booking as early as possible — popular items and dates fill quickly, especially during peak season.
04. Delivery, Setup & Pickup
We handle delivery to your venue and coordinate directly with your planner or venue coordinator. After the event, our team manages pickup and returns — so you can focus on the celebration.
